In the Taloja node of Navi Mumbai a mass housing scheme of 5730 tenements was launched by the city and industrial development Corporation on 27 January 2022. The minister of Maharashtra urban development Eknath Shinde had said that the Cidco housing scheme is gaining popularity due to its quality construction, affordable rates, and transparent online processing. From 26 January 2022 online applications and registrations for mass housing schemes have been opened on the official website. Out of 5730 tenements, 1524 are available under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for the economically weaker section and the remaining 4206 are available for people who belong to the general category. The economically weaker section applicants are eligible for a grant of Rs.2.5 lakh. The online applications can be submitted from 27 January 2022 to 25 February 2022 and the deadline for the online deposit of fees is also from 27 January 2022 to 25 January 2022.
CIDCO Launches Housing Scheme on Ganesh Chaturthi
As per the Prime Minister’s vision, the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) was introduced to provide “Housing for All” to the economically disadvantaged. CIDCO has a plan to sell 4158 flats, 245 stores, 6 commercial buildings, and plots during Ganesh Chaturthi. In order to accomplish this goal, CIDCO has devised a plan for the sale of 4,158 units that are now vacant inside the housing complexes that CIDCO manages in conjunction with the joyous celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi. In addition to this, CIDCO has introduced plans for a total of 245 stores, 6 commercial premises located inside railway station complexes, and plots that may be used for a variety of purposes. A total of 245 shops from CIDCO’s housing complexes are also available under this scheme. In addition to that, there is one plot that could be used for a hotel with a star rating, 64 plots that could be used for residential purposes, and 5 plots that could be used for residential as well as commercial purposes, all of which are available for sale.
Mass Housing Scheme Launched By CIDCO
As you all know that for the Taloja node of Navi Mumbai a mass housing scheme for 5730 tenements has been launched by CIDCO on 27th January 2022. The online applications and registration for these mass housing schemes have been open on the official website. Citizens belonging to the economically weaker section can benefit from this scheme. Out of the 5730 tenements, 1524 were available under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and the remaining 4206 were available for people who belong to the general category.
Economically weaker section applicants are eligible to get a grant of Rs 2.5 lakh. Over 30,000 applications have been received so far for 5703 houses. Previously the last date to apply under this scheme was 25th February 2022. However, following the request from citizens CIDCO has extended the deadline for 30 days. Now interested applicants can apply under the scheme till 24th March 2022 and the deadline for the payment of fees, EMD amount and the computerized draw has also been extended accordingly
Online Registration Extended Till 24th March 2022
The city Industrial Development corporation extended the last date of online registration of mass housing schemes till 24th March 2022. This information has been provided by an official on 24th February 2022. Other than that the authorities have also extended the deadline for payment of fees and EMD amount and the computer draw accordingly. This scheme has received an overwhelming response. The deadline for submission of the application has been extended in order to allow them sufficient time for the submission of documents and payment of the EMD amount. Under the CIDCO lottery scheme, a lottery of 5000 new houses will be drawn in Navi Mumbai. Houses allotted through this lottery will be located in ghansoli, Kharghar kalamboli, taloja, and dronagiri nodes. 203 Residential Cum Commercial Plots Available For Auction
The Municipal and Industrial development corporation(CIDCO) is going to auction 203 residential cum commercial plots under the three schemes. These plots are located in Navi Mumbai. This information has been given by CIDCO on 7th July. Out of these 203 plots 12 residential cum commercial plots will be offered under the first scheme which are located in Kharghar, Kalamboli, and New Panvel(E). These plots are ranging from 1902.43 square meters to 8143.3 square meters. 182 residential plots will be offered under the 2nd scheme. These are ranging from 41.41 square meters to 391 square meters. The location of these plots is located in Airoli, Ghansoli, Kharghar, Kalamboli, and Panvel.
